Delete your account
You can delete your Crucis account and its data at any time. Choose whichever method suits you.
Delete in the app (fastest)
If you can still open Crucis on your device:
- Open Crucis and go to Menu → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
This permanently deletes your account and everything synced to it — your favorites and preferences — right away. It cannot be undone.
Request by email
If you can no longer open the app, write to us from the email address linked to your account:
We process every request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your account record and the data synced to our servers — your favorites and preferences. If you use Crucis without an account, we store no personal data on our servers; simply uninstalling the app removes everything kept on your device.
